mid-February in Savannah

So it is the middle of the winter and we have returned to mild weather here. Gerber daisies have been blooming in the garden for weeks. Now my watercolor of the Empress Paulownia or Paulownia imperiales has come out of my brushes on to the paper. So many flowers mesmerize me and implore me to paint them--heavenly creatures.
