C'est...September in the mountains

Leaving Savannah in late September and it still felt like summer. Destination: Waynesville, North Carolina. Western North Carolina. We had a perfect cabin to stay in and the weather was just right. One of the lovely by-products of this week of freedom was the opportunity to paint some watercolors. Flowers always hold my attention and a few other subjects-- landscapes, garden scenes. Here are a few views from different spots we visited.
